Tips Before Starting a Session

Before getting started, it is helpful to know that there are four types of users during each SimONE session - each with different user permissions.

Connection

All users need to have a stable and secure WiFi connection.

Best experience

Usage of mobile devices (Smartphones and Tablets) with the latest versions of iOS or Android are supported, but the experience will not be ideal because of screen size. We strongly recommend using a laptop or desktop computer with the latest Windows or MacOs versions if possible.

Browser compatibility

Desktop or Laptop recommended browser: Google Chrome for Windows or MacOS.
Mobile recommended browsers: Safari for iOS devices, Google Chrome for Android devices
Make sure to have the latest version installed.

Important: Keeping the device connected to a charger is recommended for video energy consumption

Peripherals and permissions

Users need to have the microphone and camera connected to their device and check browser's permissions to allow their usage.*
