Moderator
Role: Leads the session and guides the journey.
Responsibilities:
- Present content
- Facilitate discussion
- Advance screens
- Launch and close interactions
- Comment on responses

Participant
Role: Acts as the treating physician.
Responsibilities:
- Only participant make decisions during the case
- Interact directly with session content via mobile or desktop

Speaker Only for Virtual Sessions
Role: Supports the Moderator or joins as an invited expert/panelist.
Privileges:
- Camera priority alongside the Moderator
- Can be assigned moderation privileges during the session
How to provide privileges:
- The moderator clicks the star icon next to a speaker to pin them as the active speaker
- Pinned speaker’s camera appears at the top and the speaker gains presentation control
- The moderator can add or remove the star at any time

Observer Only for Virtual Sessions
Role: Views the moderator's screen and listens without interacting.
Recommended Use: During hybrid sessions when the moderator is connected remotely.

Support Only for Virtual Sessions
Role: Provides technical assistance during the session.
Recommended Use: Usually provided by YAMA Group if scoped for the session.
