• If the Share Screen option is not working in a session, the user should give the browser access to record the screen and restart it.

On an Apple® Mac® computer using macOS® Catalina® version 10.15 or later, let Chrome Browser access the computer's screen recording:

• Go to System Preferences and then click Security & Privacy.
• Click Privacy.
• On the left, click Screen Recording.
• For Mac users: On the bottom left, click the lock to make changes. In the window, enter the password and then click Unlock.
